Arpeja was based out of California. They had several lines that were very on trend and targeted towards a more youthful audience. The Young Innocents label launched in 1964 and lasted into the early 1970s. They were an early proponent of sourcing fabric that were from organically grown sources. This caftan dress is bright and colorful and so very pretty. It has
