Kutani Year of the Boar Yunomi incense box and the pink side ofThis listing is for a pair of Kutani ware yunomi made around 20 years ago by Kutani Shuzan. They are made of porcelain and decorated with the kinrande technique, which is gold decoration on a red base layer. Each cup is hand painted with an image of a boar, and trimmed with gold enamel around the rim. The interior of the cups is coated in transparent blue glaze.
