Peach would chaperone us throughout, translating into gummy peach candies on the palate, along with a mango coulis and fruit punch milkshake. Water gave a soft toffee on the nose, with a scoop of vanilla and coconut ice cream, while the palate again emphasised peach, this time with a splash of port, a square of white chocolate and a sip of black
