Our canvas is coated with paraffin wax which gives a softer feel and a little more flexibility than a traditional heavy bees wax. Waxed canvas will develop marks with folds or scuffs which is not a flaw. Pieces are shipped folded but any unwanted markings can be removed by using a blow dryer to heat the effected areas. It is domestic machine friendly! 100% cotton canvas;
