The diameter is 25. 3cm (9. 96 inch) and the height 2. 7cm (1. 06 inch). The anemone pattern was first designed by William Moorcroft in 1938 and then redrawn by Walter Moorcroft in 1975. Walter Moorcroft retired in 1987 but in 1988 he was invited to redraw the original design, and the new range was issued in 1989. Regarding the age of this item the backstamps include the impressed 'Bell'
