Cask No. 19.101 Light & delicate this whisky was transferred toThis was an intriguing mix of headiness and elegance, with aromas of acacia honey, creamed coconut, butterscotch tart, vanilla slices and rolling lavender fields in full bloom. It was sublime on the palate as we continued dreaming, now of a peach liqueur and raspberry jelly trifle, mango lassi, brioche soaked in honey and pinot gris, as well as orange blossom water. Following a drop of water, the blemming blooming just carried on, yet this time the
